The nation's largest Arab American grassroots organization
Founded in 1980 by former Senator James Abourezk, the American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee (ADC) is the largest Arab American grassroots organization in the United States, representing approximately 3.7 million Arab Americans. ADC is committed to defending and promoting the human rights, civil rights, and liberties of all people of Arab heritage.
Safeguarding the rights and freedoms of Arab Americans and people of Arab heritage through legal advocacy, counseling, and litigation support.
Fighting stereotypes, prejudice, and hate crimes targeting Arab Americans while providing legal assistance through our civil rights hotline.
Serving as the public voice for Arab Americans on domestic and international policy matters that affect our community.
Enhancing public understanding of Arab history, heritage, and contributions to American society through outreach and programming.
Partnering with marginalized communities domestically and internationally to advance social justice for all people.
